As a Little Rock Central High School graduate, Reginald learned early how social justice and an equitable education can be a driving force for systemic advancement. This long-standing commitment to create positive change led him to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where he served as class president and oversaw a public school mentorship program. After obtaining his Master of Teaching from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, he became a school leader for middle and high school. Eventually serving in school district administrator as chief of staff. During his career, he has designed and evaluated education programs for varies organizations, led strategic communications for political campaigns/government offices and leveraged his Clinton Presidential School of Public Service degree as a consultant. Reginald currently serves as vice president of policy and communications at The NEA Foundation in Washington D.C.
