Mendi Blue Paca

Mendi Blue Paca serves as the President & CEO of Fairfield County’s Community Foundation since 2022, having previously held roles as Chief Community Impact Officer and VP of Community Impact. With a diverse professional background spanning finance and law, she began her career at Goldman Sachs & Co. and later worked at organizations like the Center for Effective Philanthropy and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Mendi has provided strategic consultation to major philanthropic entities such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. She has also held public sector leadership roles and managed political campaigns. 

Mendi holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Harvard College, a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She actively contributes to boards including Connecticut Council for Philanthropy, the Harvard Business School Community Partners of CT, The Partnership for Strong Communities, The Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, and The Stamford Partnership. She is deeply committed to issues of entrepreneurship, maternal and reproductive health, and mental health awareness.
