Kristin Hoy

Kristin Hoy (she/her) brings over 17 years of experience in strategic event planning and nonprofit program management to her role as Director, Conferences and Events. Known for her collaborative approach, Kristin is committed to designing impactful, mission-driven events that foster community and advance organizational goals. Prior to joining the Council, Kristin led large-scale conferences and year-round events at Pasa Sustainable Agriculture, where she streamlined operations and championed meaningful attendee experiences. Kristin holds B.A.s in Political Science and Economics from Swarthmore College and a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University. 

Fun facts: Kristin lives in Central Pennsylvania on an old mountain farmstead with her husband, two children, one dog, and a flock of hens. She loves to work in their big garden, read just-for-fun novels, and hike, bike, and swim with her family.
