Kayla Roberson

Kayla is the Council's Government Affairs Associate. Prior to the Council, Kayla worked on a host of issues, including appropriations, transportation and taxes at a DC based government affairs firm and in the Texas House of Representatives. Originally from Texas, Kayla earned her Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin. 

Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys finding new vegan dessert recipes, taking care of their many plants and collecting vinyl records.
