Vikki Spruill Responds to Federal Budget Deal

The effort to reach an agreement on the federal budget gives hope that Congress can work together in a bipartisan manner. This could be a positive sign that comprehensive tax reform might gain momentum in 2014. We are hopeful that the parties will continue to come together on issues vitally important to our nation, including efforts to both simplify the tax code and maintain important and effective incentives for charitable giving.
